Most planning applications require the submission of a Design and Access Statement, and increasingly require an analysis of the surrounding context  together with a justification for the scheme in that context.

This is especially the case where historic buildings and areas are concerned. Schemes within the context of any heritage asset will have to demonstrate how they relate to that historic context.

We can provide that context analysis, drawing on years of experience of urban design and conservation projects
